Garlic & Lemon Roasted Romanesco

Roasted Romanesco cauliflower is incredibly tasty, especially with the added lemon and garlic. A great accompaniment for any main course.


  • 1 Romanesque cut into florets (46475)
  • 2 tablespoon Coldpressed rapeseed oil (52323)
  • 6 cloves sliced garlic (54723)
  • 2 teaspoon lemon zest - plus a little more, to taste (73089)
  • Dorset Sea salt (30563)and cracked black pepper (64387)- to taste


  • Preheat oven to 425f/220c
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the florets in an bowl and drizzle with the rapeseed oil and sliced garlic.
  • Zest the lemons over the florets and sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
  • Mix well and then place on a parchment lined baking tray.
  • Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until tender and browned.
  • Serve warm, topped with more lemon zest to taste.

Toasted flaked almonds is also a great addition to this dish.
