Telesales Supervisor
Do you love food and selling and leading a team?
Then this role is for you.
Reporting to the Telesales Manager, your role within the Telesales team is to lead the team and work with colleagues to manage and process all customer orders and grow business through selling new categories and ranges. The function of the Telesales Team is to build relationships with existing customers, taking inbound and outbound telephone orders, retrieving and processing answerphone and email orders and upselling new products and ranges.

Who we are looking for...
- Previous purchasing experience
- Analysis skills or similar (this role will involve looking at future trends, events and previous sales to ensure correct stock is available).
- Cost Control

- Food knowledge is an advantage but not required
