Transport Team Leader
Main Responsibilities
- Driver Dispatch - Making sure all drivers are in and out on time, helping with vehicle maintenance issues and dispensing of vehicle maintenance fluids. Organising yard vehicles and equipment.
- Route Monitoring and updates - Monitoring deliveries for delays or issues and communicating in a timely manner to the relevant parties.
- Route planning - liaising with drivers to arrange any assistance needed, second deliveries and recoveries that need completing.
- Office Admin - assisting with phone calls, emails filling and general administrative duties.
- Driver Training and assessments - Help train new starters to the Harvest standard. Assess current drivers so the Harvest standard and procedures are maintained.

Night Warehouse Operative
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment (preferred, but not essential)
- Ability to work efficiently during night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and an organised approach
- A team-player attitude with good communication skills
- Physical fitness to handle manual work, including lifting
