We also produce our own pre-prepped fruit and vegetables on site to ensure our quality standards are never compromised.

If you would like to talk to us about how we can support your school, college or university please get in touch with our team.

Education and inspiring up and coming chefs is also very important to us. We also work closely with colleges within the south, to inspire and equip the next generation of up and coming chefs, with the knowledge and experience they need to work in the catering and hospitality industry.

As a company, we want to encourage students to enjoy food and cooking, while gaining as much experience as they can before they go out to the industry, every year we organise and sponsored a MasterChef-style intercollege competition. Up to 8 colleges now compete every year in this great competition.

Harvest also offer 'in trade educational days' to our colleges where we will have a year group of catering students from various colleges visit us to learn more about using great produce as well as how the catering supply chain works. The students then get to participate in some 'Ready Steady Cook' style fun in our fully fitted demonstration kitchen.
