Martin Stefano - from Transport Manager to Head of Operations

Recently Martin Stefano was promoted to Harvest's Head of Operations - here is what he has to say about his new role!

"I joined Harvest on the 3rd February 2020 as Transport Manager, after 25 years with Bidfood. Whilst at Bidfood I worked my way up from warehouse operative to Transport Operations Manager.  

Transport was a considerable challenge when I joined Harvest, but a challenge I thrive on. 

I am passionate at engaging all team members to drive changes, whilst being compassionate to opinions from my team. 

I am looking forward to my next opportunity following my promotion to Head of Operations. Working closely with the whole of the operations team and building trust within the teams and throughout all departments in Harvest."
