Harvest is thrilled to be supporting a fantastic local charity and making them our charity of the year in 2023. Naomi House & Jacksplace hospices provide 24 hour care to more than 360 life limited and life threatened children and young adults from across central southern England. They offer respite, community, emergency, end of life and post bereavement care on good days, difficult days and last days.
Each month Team Harvest will be running a fundraising event to raise money for Naomi House & Jacksplace.
Our first fundraising event was the Clarendon Way Walk in the beautiful countryside between Salisbury and Winchester. This year the Walk was on 4th June and our intrepid ‘Harvest Hikers’ took part in a sponsored event for Naomi House and Jacks Place. They walked 26 miles – a marathon walk – which took them off the beaten track through some of the most beautiful countryside between Salisbury and Winchester. A massive well done to our Harvest Hikers!
Our next fundraising event was for a colleague at Harvest to win a Duvet Day (day's holiday) by donating in August to this amazing local charity!
